This week’s workout class is a 10-min core workout you can do at home. There is no equipment needed and is apartment-friendly, meaning there is no jumping. However, you will still break a sweat.
This workout is perfect on its own, or ass an add on to a run, or any other routine you might be doing today.
Core workouts are super important, not only for aesthetic reasons but also because your core literally holds your whole body. Without a strong core, many injuries can arise. So fear not, this routine can help you build a strong core!
I will breakdown the workout class below, but you can do it with me following the video below.
For this workout you will need:
- A yoga mat

WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:
⭐️Circuit 1:
- Dead bug
- Plank leg lift
- Butterfly crunch
- Plank leg lift
- 30-sec mountain climbers
⭐️Circuit 2:
- Fire hydrant kick abs crunch
- Leg raises
- Fire hydrant kick abs crunch
- Roller boats
- 30-sec mountain climbers
